3. Booking & Payment Terms

• All services must be booked in advance via our website or direct contact. 
• Full payment is required at the time of booking for online lessons and may be required for in-person lessons depending on package.
• Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, PayPal, or other secure platforms (e.g., Stripe).
• Lessons or services are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon.
   

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for in-person lessons to avoid charges. 
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
• Refunds for online coaching or digital content are generally not provided once the analysis or content has been delivered.
• Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Trajectory Golf.
   

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including videos, written materials, branding, and graphics—is the property of Trajectory Golf / Jeff Henry and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, share, or resell our digital content

Golf instruction, whether in-person or online, involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating in any lesson or coaching:

• You release Trajectory Golf and Jeff Henry from any liability related to injury, accident, or dissatisfaction
